Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, unbeatable location very close to Times Square. The personnel was accommodating. The room was themed with view on the empire state building, good facilities plus very comfy bed, the check-in was quick.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to Manhattan and Times Square. New york public library was also next to the venue. The room was fairly quiet & huge, and the bathrooms were stylish. The staff was amicable, helpful with every request.

I have had an excellent experience, this beautifully kept, tidy hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Delicious and healthy meals. There were immaculate, airy rooms with bathroom. Met at the lobby by consistently courteous and funny.

Staying at the hotel was really amazing, I would come here again. Fine breakfast, beautiful deluxe king room. Fridge, balcony and coffee machine in the room and the perfect bed. Nice garden and nice pool area...

The hotel was VERY ELEGANT, the staff was lovely, very good experience overall. The location was really pleasant, at a short distance from times square. Property was fairly clean.
